Community Based Resources

  • Youth and Family Support Services~Loudoun County:  Youth and Family Support Services assists Loudoun County families with youth between the ages of 11-17 experiencing challenging peer and family relationships and life crises. Youth and Family Support Services helps strengthen parental and family relationships through prevention, education, and supportive case management services. These services are offered within a strengths-based, trauma-informed and protective/promotive factors framework.

  • Parenting Wisely: Families and youth may participate in individual sessions or multi-family group sessions that use the evidence-based curriculum. We work with families to understand the barriers and behaviors that may be impacting the family dynamic; share information on parenting styles and adolescent development; and teach coping strategies to help improve communication and create mutual respect. In addition, the curriculum can also assist families with developing family contracts and safety plans, as needed. 

  • Loudoun County Health Department provides a variety of dental services, including dental referrals, oral cancer screenings, information on dental health techniques, dental screening in Loudoun County schools, and adult dental emergency care. 

  • HealthWorks for Northern Virginia is pleased to offer our medical, dental and behavioral health care services at a reduced cost to our low income, insured and uninsured patients through our Sliding Fee Discount Program. 

  • Loudoun Free Clinic provides medical care to low-income adults between the ages of 19 and 64 who have been living in Loudoun County for at least 9 consecutive months. Those who do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare and those who fall under the 300% Federal Poverty level.

  • Inova Cares Clinic for Families (ICCF) provides comprehensive primary care services to patients who reflect the culturally diverse community. Their clinics serve as medical homes for patients of all ages who qualify for Medicaid, FAMIS, Inova's Financial Assistance Program, or are uninsured.

  • NVCC Low-Cost Dental Clinic:  We will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your immediate needs. We will provide access to affordable, comprehensive dental care services for low-income, uninsured individuals. Dental is a safety net dental clinic. We provide dental care for individuals regardless of their insurance status.
