Find Resources

Resources and Opportunities

Our goal is to advocate for students and their families by helping to bridge the gap between home, school and community resources. We prioritize helping parents to get the information and support they need to ensure their child has success by removing any barriers to learning.
We have many District, County, State, Federal and non-profit resources available to provide for virtually any need. Our family liaison is available to assist in finding resources and working with families to make sure that needs are met.
Please feel free to review the resources listed in this section. It is by no means an exhaustive list.  Contact the family liaison at any time to confidentially discuss what you may be looking for or to receive help navigating available opportunities and resources.
If you would like to be contacted about a specific need or added to our email list that routinely provides information about various resources, please provide information via this form:

Family Resources

Ryan Bartel Foundation: Works to prevent youth suicide through awareness, upstream educational programs and activities that support and empower youth, families and the community at-large through acceptance, connection, resiliency and hope. Their teen workshops are a great opportunity for teens who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, loneliness, or just the day to day challenges of adolescents, and an excellent complement to therapy and counseling.

SCAN of Northern Virginia: We connect parents and caregivers with one another so they know they are not alone on the journey of raising children. Our programs, workshops, and events bring families together to celebrate their joys and address challenges in a safe, supportive environment.
