Registration & Withdrawals
Registrations
We encourage parents/legal guardians to pre-register online. In order to do so, parents/legal guardians must have or create a ParentVUE account. Use the online pre-registration page for detailed steps and downloadable resources.
Please review the Documents Needed to Register, and once you have collected all the required registration documentation, please email Cindy Ashley to make an appointment to complete the registration process. A student registration is not complete until the parent or court-appointed legal guardian submits the required documentation in person to the school. If you need assistance determining your student's zoned school, please visit the Attendance Boundary E-Listing.
When you call for an appointment, please notify us if any of the conditions listed below apply to your child:
Your child is transferring from another LCPS high school. If you are moving within Loudoun County, you will need to complete a Change of Address Form and provide proof of residency (lease, deed, or mortgage statement).
Your child receives special education services.
Your child speaks English as a second language.
You are not the parent of the child you wish to enroll.
To Register New Students:
Please make an appointment with our Registrar, email cindy.ashley@lcps.org
Withdrawals
tudent Withdrawal
The withdrawing student's parent/guardian must notify the School Counseling Office of the student's impending departure and complete a WITHDRAWAL FORM at least three days in advance of the planned departure. (The form can be picked up in the School Counseling Office or printed from this link: Withdrawal Form.) The parent/guardian is required to complete and sign the form and return it to the School Counseling Office.
The student will walk the form through the building obtaining teacher signatures, withdrawal grades, and returning text books and library books. Chromebooks must be returned to Mr. Hollingsworth or Ms. Bower in room 316. All books and technology must be returned to avoid a deficiency.
Before leaving on the last day, the student will bring the completed form to the School Counseling office for processing.
