Code Club at Farmwell Station
Code Club is a global network of free coding clubs for children and young people that provides free online projects developed in Scratch, Python, and HTML/CSS. Using these projects, children create cool and fun games, animations, and websites, while learning the key concepts of programming. Code Club also helps to nurture vital transferable skills such as collaboration, resilience, creativity, and problem-solving.
Session 1 (Beginning 10/1 will be Scratch Programming) - all levels will be accepted and there is a maximum of 15 participants. Registration is on a first come, first in basis. A waitlist will be maintained for the second session (Python) of code club (beginning January 30, 2025).
Students will need parent permission to create a Scratch account.
