Intramural sports promote lifelong healthy and active lifestyles of all participants by creating positive experiences in recreational sports competitions through the structured use of leisure time, which additionally creates opportunities for the growth and development of all participants. The Intramural Sports Program supports the school and division's mission by providing high-quality programs to enhance the quality of life for students.

All middle school students are eligible to play at their home school. There are no coaches or fees for these sports! Students can sign up to play at their school with any other students from that school who wish to make a team or a student can sign up as an individual.
