Hello, families! Welcome to another wonderful year! I couldn't be more excited about continuing to serve as your assistant principal . Each year, I look forward to working with and continuing to build strong relationships with our community, dedicated staff, and amazing learners. Originally from McKean, Pennsylvania, I earned my bachelor's degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in Elementary Education and my Master’s degree from George Mason University in Educational Leadership and Administration.
My husband and I, along with my two beautiful children, live in Leesburg. My daughter, Kylee, is in the 8th grade this year and my son, Kayden, is in 5th grade. You will most likely find me on a baseball field or at a cheer competition being their biggest fan! I love spending time with my family, reading, and cheering for the Pittsburgh Penguins, Pirates, and Steelers.
I am passionate about student achievement and building relationships for student success. I couldn’t be more proud to be a member of the Lowes Island Community and am looking forward to an amazing year! I believe that communication is the key, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.
